Attack on Skytree

An event featuring Attack on Titan is being held on both observatory platforms at Tokyo Skytree from April 10th to July 14th, 2017. At the observatory at 450 meters high, wall displays and installations of Attack on Titan are appearing. In addition, there are frames of original handwritten illustrations by Hajime Isayama displayed too, as well as a souvenir shop that sells merchandise like stationery, sweets, key holders and medals are also on the  observatory. At the 350 meters high observatory, the animation of the original story of Attack on Titan is being shown on the windows during evening hours.

This system is called Skytree Round Theater, where the upper part of the windows will turn to be a screen that surrounds 255 degrees of the observatory. There are 34 projectors and 18 speakers to display the animation.  

The animation is seven minutes in duration, and will be shown three times a day.

From May 1st to May 31st, it will start at 7:30 pm, 8:15 pm and 9 pm. From June 1st to June 30, it will start at 7:45 pm, 8:30 pm and 9 pm.

From July 1st to July 14th, it will start at 7: 45 pm, 8:30 pm, and 9 pm.  

The elevators that connects both observatories is covered by Attack on Titan wall decals.
