Tackey & Tsubasa’s Final Performace Before Going Hiatus

A boy band, Tackey & Tsubasa had their final performance on September 18th, 2017 before going hiatus in an ten hour special song show, Music Station Ultra Fes aired by TV Asahi (Channel 5). The members of Tackey & Tsubasa include two popular entertainers of Johnny & Associates, Hideaki Takizawa (35) and Tsubasa Imai (35). They announced their hiatus on September 3rd, 2017. The show started at noon and Tackey & Tsubasa appeared in the evening. They sung a special medley of three songs, Real DX, Venus, and 夢物語 (pronounced similarly to Yume Monogatari) that have profound meanings to both their fans and themselves. Real DX is the most popular song among their fans, while Venus is the biggest hit song for them, and 夢物語 is the song that made them 1st place on the ORICON hit song ranking list.While they were performing their facial expressions seemed sad and a little bit tense, but after the ended of the performance, both of them seemed to be relaxed and satisfied with their final appearance.
