Chinese National Flag Anonymously Placed at Yasukuni Shrine’s Pond
NNN reported that around 11:40 am on December 19th, a staff member of Yasukuni Shrine discovered that a Chinese national flag was placed at the edge of the pond in the shrine. The flag was promptly removed. Earlier, when he had walked by the pond, the flag was not there. The size of the flag was 10 centimeter in height and 15 centimeter in width. Yasukuni Shrine reported the incident the police. The police are assuming that this was simply a prank and the likelihood of it being a criminal act is very low.
